RETURNS & REFUNDS

Every Maison Beaux formula is made with care, and we want you to love the way yours feels on your hair. If something isn't quite right, we are here to help.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Unopened or gently used items purchased from maisonbeaux.com ;may be eligible for return or refund within 30 days of delivery.

Sets and bundles must be returned complete, with every component and the original packaging.

Items purchased from a salon or retailer should be returned to the original seller.

INITIATING A RETURN

If you'd like to return an eligible item, please contact us at info@maisonbeaux.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a prepaid return label.

REFUNDS

Each return is reviewed by our quality control team on arrival. Once cleared, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for it to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@maisonbeaux.com with photos of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
